Is it possible to migrate data from another system?
NutriBot allows you to import customers and to a limited extent orders from external systems. If you provide us with data in a suitable format we can import it into the system.
For how long will I get access to a demo account?
We usually provide a demo version of the system for 3 days. This time allows you to get acquainted with the system. On customer's request we can extend the testing period.
How long does it take for the system to start up?
In express mode, we are able to start up and configure the system even within 24-48 hours. However, taking into account that the implementation time also depends on the pace of work on the meal prep company side and the information provided necessary to configure the system, it usually takes between 3 and 6 weeks to start up a new company operation.
How much does NutriBot cost?
The price of the system consists of a monthly subscription fee of $79-449 net and the percentage commission on online orders. In most standard implementations, we do not charge any implementation fee.
How long do I sign a contract for?
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period with a 3-month notice period.
Are you able to adapt the system and do a customized implementation?
